•  Detailed Project Scoping & Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): We initiate each project with a comprehensive scoping exercise to define all deliverables and requirements. This is immediately followed by the creation of a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). This master schedule is then broken down into Detailed Activity Schedules for each phase and trade. These detailed schedules incorporate dependencies, lead times, and resource availability, providing a granular view of daily and weekly activities.
